Marie Hell Style and Twitter Party

When my friend Lorraine from the popular website Viva Fifty asked me if I would like to collaborate with designer Marie Hell, I immediately said yes after viewing their dresses. They have a beautiful collection of timeless pieces that are perfect for those of us who like to keep things chic and simple. As you know, I’m all about dressing with ease.

I also loved that Marie Hell’s mission is to celebrate all women – all ages, all body types. That is so key for me. I’m always weary about buying products online because you never know what you’re going to get, but I was pleasantly surprised with MH. The first thing I noticed when I opened my package was the soft texture and weight of the dress. The fabric is classic jersey (opaque and suitable for all seasons) and falls beautifully on the body. In fact, every garment has the exact same silhouette from the armhole down and will not lose its shape. The shape is what I actually love most about my dress. I got my eye on the same dress in black for the cooler months ahead. I think it would look stunning with a leather jacket.

If I like something, it goes on the blog. And if I really like it, I get social-media-happy. Together, let’s celebrate style, simplicity, womanhood, creativity and empowerment on Twitter! Join me on Monday, July 27th at 8-9 pm EST for the #MarieHellStyle Twitter Party with my amigas @VivaFifty, @EileenCCampos, @LauraLcbl and @Verybusymama. You can follow the party here twubs.com/MarieHellStyle, but you must RSVP first in order to be eligible to win prizes. You can find me at @theArtMuse. See you there!

This post was in collaboration with Marie Hell. All opinions are mine.
