Summer eye shadows

Lately I’ve gotten in the habit of dabbing a bit of eyeshadow to go with my mascara and liner before leaving the house, which is something I did not always do. Maybe now that I’m a bit older, I like the idea of adding a little color and shimmer to brighten up my eye. I have very large lids, and when I’m tired … Boy, do they show it. So I tested out L’Oréal Paris’ New Colour Riche Monos, and they’re giving me the refresher I need.

L’Oréal Paris sent me a beautiful collection of colors that are perfect for summer. They look mild but they’re surprisingly vibrant with a gorgeous shimmer. You can lightly dab one color or build out for endless looks. I also tried out their Brow Artist Genius Kit and they’re great for the woman who likes a natural looking brow. Honestly, the brow situation has gotten out of hand on the interwebs! They should frame the face, not completely take over. This little palette is buildable, so if coloring in your brows scares you a bit, this is a good one to try.
