I’m pretty faithful to my favorites like Ann Taylor, Rachel Roy and Banana Republic. But it’s been so hot in LA lately, I felt like I need several maxis to get me through the heat. So I stopped by H&M and grabbed several summer dresses that can be worn for different occasions.

Lo and behold, they were having a sale, and I did what the internet would refer to as a “haul”. Shopping in bulk is not really my thing. As I’ve gotten older, I like to take my time and find items I can wear for a long time, and that can stand the test of laundry washes. My motto is less is more. However, when you need something in a pinch, it’s great to have several options handy. I wore this dress for a recent event with Clinique, and actually received a lot compliments on it. I mean, you can’t really go wrong with paisley, pink and a bohemian style dress.

Goes to show you that you don’t need to spend a lot of money to pull off a great look.
