The halter jumpsuit

I think I may just start wearing jumpsuits all the time. During my recent trip to Philly, I was called the queen of jumpsuits after it was noted that I pretty much wore a different one for every occasion. I will totally own that. I think jumpsuits are perfect for travel. They take up very little space in your suitcase, they’re easy to iron, styling them only takes a few minutes and they can be worn with heels or flats.

We had a full itinerary, and I didn’t want to spend a ton of time planning outfits. No one wants to be “that” person everyone is waiting on. Visit Philadelphia wanted to make sure we got to visit museums, galleries, landmarks and some of the best restaurants in town so I kept my wardrobe as effortless as possible. Plus I took into consideration that the east coast does not play around with its humidity. You tend to forget what it feels like when you live in LA.

I’ve been loving Olivaceous for this very reason. They have so many options for summer, I could pretty much fill my wardrobe with their collection of beautiful, flowy prints like this halter jumpsuit. I typically stick with solid colors but I was really drawn to this blue and white pattern. Plus the fabric was so light, I survived walking through whatever humidity came my way. I’m telling you, grab yourself a few jumpsuits for travel. You won’t regret it.
